I came to the knowledge of adrenal stress via looking at the thyroid hormone deficiency that I had. Some amount of stress is essential for day to day functioning but if gets out of control it can lead to numerous physical and mental problems. I would suggest to you to please relax and try to make a list of all things that are causing stress in your life. This way you will know how to you can deal with each one of them. Also do some breathing exercises, go for short walks, eat regularly and take a mild tranquiliser at bedtime.

To answer your question, yes, stress CAN make you feel unwell every day. And if left untreated, it can cause some very serious mental and health issues, I suggest you see your doctor for a complete physical and discuss therapy to help you learn to deal with stress............
Avatar f tn Hi, As a neurological cause of the brain fog has been ruled out for you, the reason could be a simple one like Nutritional deficiency, Anemia, Hypoglycemia, Hypotension or Stress. It seems you have not gone for the routine investigations. Please consult a physician for the same. Please take adequate rest and exercises, eat a well balanced diet and take good sleep at night.
