The best time to estimate gestational age using ultrasound is between the 8th and 18th weeks of pregnancy.
re the father if the gestational age was that low at the end of november. Keep in mind that gestational age starts from the last menstrual period, so the actual conception date is generally around 2 weeks later. That would make conception most likely in mid october, not september. Ultrasound scans can be off by a week or so, but generally not much more than that.
Still, the only way to be 100% sure is to do a dna test when the baby is born. Good luck.

Right, 7 weeks one day on August 11. That means, you count back 5 weeks one day to determine the time when you actually were fertile and conceived.
And that's July 6. Because you get two "free" weeks. I know it's confusing - I think really, you just have to accept it but not necessarily understand the counting formula.
It's because that's your baby's gestational age. I am currently 39 weeks plus but my baby's gestational age is only 37. Most people go by when the last menstrual cycle was, so off of that, you are 10 weeks pregnant. Hope that makes sense to you.
There is the gestational age which include the 2weeks prior the ovulation and the conceptional age which is measured from the first day of the fecondation ( the fecondation can occur until 3-4 days after the ovulation).
