I had my last menstrual cycle January 2006. I have not had sexual intercourse in 6 years. I had sexual intercourse 3 days ago and have had vaginal bleeding since. I feel like I have cramps the way I did when I was menstruating many years ago. Not sure what is going on.

I am a forty year-old woman and I have experienced a cessation in my menstrual cycle. Intercourse is very painful, even though I am using Replens. t been getting as lubricated as usual before sex so we have been using saliva as lube most times. Sometimes after intercourse I am swollen and feel raw down there. Also throughout the night I have to get up and take my dog out and when I am walking it feels like I have wet my pants. I then took estrogen pills for five days. I was told to have intercourse every other day from the 13th through the 19th. I took an OPK several times during that period, but I never had an LH surge. Does this mean there is no way I am pregnant? I am now taking progesterone until I can test on the 30th. Also, should we still keep having intercourse in case I ovulate late? I had unprotected sexual intercourse on 28th of february on the 6th day of the menstrual cycle. After 12 hours scared ( however my bf didn't ejaculate inside me) i took the morning after pill. Six days after i had a short mensturation of 3 days, it was lighter than the normal menstruation. Now it is the march 19th and i am not getting the period yet. Taking the pill am i safe? Do i have to worry?
