Avatar f tn These irregular uterine contractions are perfectly normal and may start to occur in your second trimester, although more commonly in your third trimester of pregnancy. They are your body's way of getting ready for the "real thing.
Avatar f tn although I feel all the "symptoms" of the third trimester I'm on my 26 weeks. This app is all of a sudden said today in the middle of my 26th week that I'm in my 3rd trimester today, I don't want to fight the good news because all the joys of the second trimester like energy has gone so I FEELS like I'm in my third trimester..it just seems a big early to join the club. Why is there no certainty about when it starts? Who on this planet has the real answer?

Avatar f tn Is it normal to have constant menstrual cramps while walking or after walking. I am 36 weeks 5 days pregnant.
Avatar f tn re a perfectly normal part of pregnancy and can begin to occur as early as the second trimester, although they usually occur more commonly in the third trimester of your pregnancy; also, not every pregnant woman will experience them. Braxton Hicks contractions are your body’s way of getting ready for actual labor. Initially they may be scary, especially as their intensity increases near the end of the pregnancy and you're not sure if it's the real deal or not.
Avatar f tn SNAP I have done a lot of reading and it would seem it is just everything preparing to hold he womb and baby completely normal :) x
11356079 tn?1421357818 Anyone have menstrual like cramps and back pain when nearing or in the third trimester? This didn't happen with my other pregnancies. It has been happening for 4 days, no bleeding...but when I called my OB the attendant seemed unsure and said "probably normal"...I've never gone into labor, I've always been induced so I don't really know exactly what natural labor feels like.
Avatar f tn Has anyone had menstrual like cramping in the third trimester? Could the pain be related to dilating? I have had constant cramps every day this week and so tired of it.
Avatar f tn s because the uterus is stretching and as long as its not bad cramping like menstrual Pain. Its quiet. Normal for the first trimester of pregnancy. just lay down and don't lift anything heavy if theres bleeding go to the ER.

Avatar f tn Has anyone else had cramps, like menstrual cramps, throughtout the entire first trimester? I never had this when I was pregnant with my first 2 pregnancies, constant cramps, pains, and nausea 24/7. Does it ever stop?

Avatar f tn Hello everyone. I'm on my second pregnancy and I'm 8 wks along. Is having cramps all the time normal in the 1st trimester? I'm not having any bleeding but my stomach bothers me most of the day.
Avatar f tn I've heard that having menstrual like cramps during pregnancy is normal. Mine are not that painful, and are not constant. Is anyone else experiencing cramps or have had them in pregnancy? I seem to worry about every little thing or symptom.

170623 tn?1242664063 s stopped in my second trimester. I feel little cramps now and then but def. not as much. Hope this helps to ease your mind. I wouldn't worry unless they are heavy, long-lasting cramps with spotting. I'm 16 weeks 2 days and still get dizzy all the time! Sounds normal to me!
Avatar f tn I suffered from terrible night leg cramps in my right leg hat left me in tears in the first trimester the cramps went away in the 2nd trimester and have come back in both legs now that I just entered the third trimester I havent been drinking enough water and have been doing more jogging and walking and the weather is starting to get hot so that may be the problem.
Avatar f tn Has anyone experienced menstrual like cramps early in pregnancy? I am almost 6 weeks and have off and on menstrual like cramps anywhere from my sides to my pelvic area. I had an ovarian cyst rupture recently so I was told the pain in my side came from the fluid left around my ovaries and that it would take care of itself. It has been 11 days since the cyst ruptured but I still occasionally have pain.
216278 tn?1308861082 I've posted this in the Pregnancy 35+ forum, as well...but thought afterwards, that this would be better since we're all at about the same place in our pregnancies... I'm trying to do the math on my pregnancy and this is going to sound ridiculous, but I don't really 'get' how far along I am...I mean, I know that I am 24 weeks and 2 days, but translating it...
Avatar f tn I am 30 weeks and I've been having a lot of cramps lately.. not double over cramps but they are there enough to annoy me... and of a night when I switch sleeping positions to the other side there's so much pressure... am I just dehydrated or is this normal?
Avatar f tn Hi ladies! I am about five weeks along now and I was wondering when most of you stopped cramping if you experienced any at all. I've always had really painful menstrual cramps and it feels almost the same, except there's no blood. Your input would be very helpful as well as maybe some ways to sooth the pain without medication. Thanks!
