menstrual cramps one week before period

For those that have been dx, did you have a change in your menstrual cycle before your diagnosis?

I got my period nov 16.. it ended nov 21... its been a week and im now spotting a brownish red colour and theres some clots when i wipe.. I had the copper iud inserted march 9 2013.. my periods were heavier with cramps. Starting september they got lighter with no cramps, colour changed to a bright red. Not thick it also starts off with this brown discharge then turns onto light bright red bleeding then gets heavier as days go.. Never had spotting a week after though...

last march 14-16, i had an unusual period that it lasts for three days, this is my first time ever. apparently, i had unprotected sex days before and during my period. My bleeding stopped then i had a week spotting (brown-pinkinsh-brown) then i had unprotected sex on march 23. Then the night of march 27, i had a red light spotting (bright pink-brown) that lasted march 30. All these cramps was associated with a light cramps and episode of frequent urinating, lightheaded, dizzy, nausea.

HEY . IM 36 WEEKS & 5DAYS , HAVE ANYONE EVER EXPERIENCE MENSTRUAL LIKE CRAMPS BEFORE LABOR ?

I cramp all the time...random times. They come in waves...almost feel like menstrual cramps. I'm 5weeks 5days.

I had my period about four days ago but still i have this lower abdominal pain that ruins my days sometimes left sometimes right sometimes both and its real painfull through my lower back and its like my ovary and everything inside are goin to burst out with my period :'( .. Before if im goin to have my period i have breast tendernes but no abdominal pain now i dont have breast tendernes but severe abdominal pain... I dont know whats going on...

the cramps thing, just excercise or do sit ups 2weeks or a week before tour period. if you dont know when your period will arrive, just do brisk walking or cardio excercises. :D hope this helps.

Hi all. I'm 17 years old and I've been on birth control for a little more than a year and a half. I've had brown discharge before but not the week before my period, but during my ovulation. I'm a little confused as to what this means because it's never happened to me before and if I should go see a doctor about it. As of right now, it seems that the discharge is slowing or stopping I can't figure out which one at this point in time.

So I had my last period(not sure if it was really a period or spotting) 2 weeks ago and I had intercourse before fertile week. But I can't really rely on my Period Calendar since I have irregular periods. Now it's ovulation week. I usually experience nausea, headache, vaginal discharge, and swollen/tender breasts during ovulation but this time I'm experiencing abdominal cramps. Got questions: 1) Am I just ovulating and having digestive problems at the same time?

i've been spotting a little bit,a tiny bit of brown for 4 days now... no sign of period,and period is due in like a week, or a week and a half.. no menstrual cramps, and the spotting didn't get heavier. sore breast some times.. can it be implantation bleeding? or slow coming period? or something else?

I took one today. Lol. Negative. But this month is about out & I havent seen my period. I had menstrual cramps at the beginning of the month & light pink blood. It was an one wipe thing too. -_-. I guess I'm going to wait until next week or the week after. Keep me updated on everything.
