I do know that the baby being lower, or lower lower can cause pressure and tenderness around the pelvic floor, and that tissues and bones are softening to prepare for baby. As for the cramps, I don't know but I'm right there with ya.

Hello, I'm 23 years old and ever since I first got my first period I've had menstrual cramps on the right side of my lower abdomen. I've never though much of this, until recently when I realized most of the women I know say they feel cramping on both sides, or just on the lower abdomen.

anyone experiencing menstrual-like cramps? I'm 30 weeks and 2 days. I've experienced them throughout the day and my doc. Just said to increase my water intake and come in if it feels worst than menstrual-like cramps. Just wondering if anyone is having a similar experience?

This is my 2nd baby. I'm 34 weeks pregnant. For the last 2 hours or so I keep getting strong menstrual like cramps in my lower abdomen. I get them whether I'm sitting or standing. I've gotten them before but when I would sit down they would go away. I just need some advice as to what you think it may be. I just don't want to go to the hospital of its just Braxton hicks. I get them about every 4-5 minutes sometimes farther apart though.

ll be kind of like cramping. I know for me it starts in my back and.in my lower abdomen (like menstrual cramps in my lower abdomen) and move up through my whole stomach. I can't walk or talk or hardly breath, and while the menstrual like cramps make stay the.other stuff will come and go.

For the past 2 days i have been experiencing a mild pain in the right side of my abdomen. It is mainly in the area where the leg starts. I am really scared, i am haing no other symptom but does it sound like an ectopic pregancy. It comes and goes. It is not a sharp pain more like a dull ache. My ovulation pains feel somewhat different than menstrual cramps. Sometimes it feels like a pain/twinge directly on the left or right lower abdomen and it's not constant...I will feel it for a minute or two here and there.
