I'm 34 weeks and having the strongest menstrual type feeling cramps ever. My Lower back is in so much pain. It's almost unbearable. Should I be concerned? Did anybody experience this before labor?
Why do the cramps hurt so bad?
I only get these cramps every other hour or day sometimes and they only last about 15 secs after that I feel fine.

To me, they didn't feel any different. I was prepared for disappointment because I thought my period was about to come. I don't think every woman feels cramping during implantation, just like every woman does not experience spotting.
Just any bleeding that needs a pad to control the flow because you're still in the danger zone and cramps that feel like menstrual cramps its OK as long as it doesn't turn into unbearable pain followed by bleeding but I hope that you have a full term healthy pregnancy

*Severe* cramping isn't normal during pregnancg.. I have horrendous menstrual cramps but I've never cramped at all when I'm pregnant. It would be worth calling your dr and seeing if they want you to come in.
For a few days i was getting nasuated, peeing alot, bloated and was having like menstrual like cramps. Then eveeything seemed to vanish. Im still getting mild cramps. I called my Dr cause i have been worried and she said that as long as im not bleeding i should be fine. And the symptoms going away like that is normal. Im still worried tho just bc i had a mc before. But from what i read its pretty normal.
