menstrual cramps in middle of cycle

I did spot on 2 days in august, it was very light and I had cramps like it was about to come on. It did over a week later. So here I am 12 days in and have been passing clots constantly since it came on. I have no insurance and cant afford to go to the dr. I have only been having mild cramps on and off but no pms symptoms. Please give me sum advice.

Your period can come at anytime so this is completely normal but just in case this happens in the future, always keep a pad or tampon in your bag xx

Has anyone noticed a difference in their cycle with this dx? I've noticed more intense cramping, of course my headaches get worse too. Just wondering? Thanks! Hope everyone is hanging in there!

I am on day 38 of my menstrual cycle. I normally go between 26-28 days on my cycles. I have taken 2 pregnancy test with a negative result. I have NEVER missed a period without being pregnant ( 2 pregnancies). I have been taking Lexapro for the past year. I have stopped cold turkey due to was not sure if I was pregnant. My concern is not having a period with a negative result on a pregnancy test. I have been feeling dizzy, small cramps, tired, and moody. I am so confused. Anyone have any input?

s always a possibility but generally the best chance is two weeks before the start of your next period. So roughly in the middle. Most women ovulate 14 days before the start of their period. Sperm can hang around for a few days though and the egg takes a few days to journey through the tubes. So a week either side of ovulation is also a good time, or bad time depending on whether you are trying for a baby or not.

hi liz.. i can't tell you the no of times i fainted during my periods and that too in front of people and in the public LOL.... it's normal i guess.. in my case it was that i have very painful menstrual cramps so bad that i can't bear it and have to take a medicine.. now this pain and the flow of blood used to lower my blood pressure and as a result i felt dizzy and then things blacking out and finally fainted.. do you too experience pains dear?? it might be due to lack of iron also.

I am wishing and crossing my fingers terribly that these are my usual menstrual symptoms -- white discharge, abdominal cramps, irritability, sometimes feeling constipated. What do you say?

To me, implantation felt more like a dull, cramping sensation (kind of like menstrual cramps) and more in the middle of your stomach...if that makes sense. But like 2wonderfulboys said, everyone's different...so it could still be implantation :-) Either way, I hope you get your BFP soon!!!

Yes, there is a chance you could be pregnant if you had unprotected sex. Not all women ovulate in the middle of their cycles. If you don't want an unplanned pregnancy you need to use protection every single time you have sex no matter what day it is in your cycle.

i spotted once 19, once 20(like tp only both times) 21 nothing 22 it looked like i was starting...23 started heavy in middle of night 24 heavy all day, 25 nothing i had liike a 2 day period...i have tiny cramp in stomach...not bad at all...i can deal with it...i had period cramps worse, tiny clots nothing bad...less than i usually have. The last few nights in the middle of the night I have been experiencing bad painful cramping so much so I rushed to the bathroom thinking my AF would make an appearance and it hasnt.
