am having abdomonal pains after one month m/c and no menstrual flow yet and still feeling nauseating

I will be 38 weeks Friday. And today I've bee n having menstrual like cramps in my lower back. Anyone can relate? Or know if this is pre labor?

I am almost 5 weeks pregnant. I have been having cramps that feel like menstrual cramps. I don't have any spotting or anything but it feels like menstrual cramps.. should I be worried? I'm 18 and this is my first pregnancy.

Not having much confidence on medical facilities and / or resources ( money) we decided to keep her home and take care of her in the best manner possible. but without any medical supervision or medicine..for the last 9/10 years we are doing that, she has grown into a teenager, she has had her menstruation from age 12, has lost almost all speech over the years, except for the tantrums and shrill screams and weeping /sobbing outbursts/bouts.

Has anyone experienced menstrual like cramps early in pregnancy? I am almost 6 weeks and have off and on menstrual like cramps anywhere from my sides to my pelvic area. I had an ovarian cyst rupture recently so I was told the pain in my side came from the fluid left around my ovaries and that it would take care of itself. It has been 11 days since the cyst ruptured but I still occasionally have pain.

I'm 34 weeks and having the strongest menstrual type feeling cramps ever. My Lower back is in so much pain. It's almost unbearable. Should I be concerned? Did anybody experience this before labor?

I have been suffering extremely painful cramps for years now, ever since I got my first period when I was 13. I'm currently 18 and am going off to college very soon, but I have no idea how to deal with these cramps that incapacitate me for an entire day. My cramps get so bad that I usually faint. Braxton hicks contractions don't hurt. True labor contractions start off feeling like menstrual cramps. If that's what ur feeling, then labor is imminent or ur experiencing the very beginnings of it. Monitor it and get ready to go to the hospital! Goodluck!!

Is it normal to have slight cramps below your stomach ( almost like menstrual cramps) the first 4 weeks?

It might be early labor. I have read where premature labor can feel like menstrual cramps. It could also be Braxton hicks but Im not sure. If you have more than 4 cramps an hour, you should call your OB ASAP. That is what the OB nurse told me on Friday when I was having contractions showing on the monitor, although I didn't feel them.

A couple days later within the same month i started spotting for maybe4 days, I had cramps thinking my menstrual was coming on. So couple dayslater a took a test it came negative. this month of july i've gaineg 15lbs and i really havent noticed any difference accept weight gain, and sore nipples and sorta mood changes. It's the first week in july and my menstrual haven't came on yet. Could I be pregnant or it to early to tell?
