menstrual cramps during the month

hi, i am 20 years old and 2 weeks ago i had my period. 2 days ago i noticed that i was bleeding again. it doesn't look like my period but it hasn't stopped. i do have ovarian cysts could this be the cause of the bleeding? i've had unprotected sex for the last 7 months. my bf and i recently broke up 2 weeks ago. it's been 4 weeks since i last had sex. could i be pregnant?

Typically it is just from hormones that causes the cramping, as the surge will cause contractions, making her period painful. Prevention is much better than management for pain. Why are my cramps so bad to the point where every month I actually have to go on bed rest? Are there any all natural things that can help me? Also, my moods are ridiculous. I almost have to lock myself away due to my mood swings out of fear people might think I'm losing my mind.

I imagine this would be no different from you entering a pool while menstruating except I have seen some warnings against pregnant women and menstruating women entering a wet sauna. I'm 27 and am noticing that every month my cramps get worse and worse so bad that I can't walk and even breathing hurts needless to say I can't move. I had a cyst rupture on one of my ovarys 2 years ago putting me in the worst pain ever. The pains I have now are similar but don't last as long as my ruptured cyst did, what could be happening in my body to make my cramps hurt this bad every month?!?! Please help!!!

About 8 months ago I started getting diarrhea about once a month for about a week before my period. When i first started, they did start in a normal way, like to say on the 25th of every month, later on,,the next month the dates seem to have an increase of 5 days, hence my next period begins on the 30th..then on the 5th, 12th, 17th, 23rd..and the flow seems to be in that way. I went on birth control for a year then we needed to go in to get the prescription renewed so we just decided to wait awhile. (that was a few months ago). I usually start at the end of the month and carry over to the first few days. This month I had the symptoms as per usual. Nipples hurting, pimples, pms and bloating. I had also taken a laxative a few days ago since I was so clogged up I had to get something out. I usually get discharge before but I haven't seen any.
