menstrual cramps but not bleeding

Thank you guys! This is a relief! I'm excited and afraid/worried at the same time.

I am 5 weeks and 4 days. And I feel cramps here and there but nothing compared to menstrual cramps. My doc said its normal as long as there is no bleeding. Good luck!

Yes it is for the first few months some people still have menstrual cramps when there period is due. I did until the second trimester. As long as you are not bleeding or passing any clots and it's only happening when AF would have been due I wouldn't be to concerned. If your too worried call your doctor it never hurts to check.

I had cramps since 6 weeks. But they were nothing like period cramps they were very mild. I am now 30 weeks still get cramps every now and then.

Yes! I had some pretty uncomfortable cramps like menstrual cramps but a little worse and id wake up at night from them. The best thing I found is a warm shower helped. Rocking side to side. Helped me alot. I thought something was wrong too until I went for my first ultrasound and saw bubbys heartbeat! I still get cramps here and their but they are very common.

Some light cramping is normal i had that at 6weeks and i also had light spotting a lil bright red spotting for about a week i tryed my best to rest and not carry anything heavy or stress just relaxed im now 39weeks but if ur cramps are bad and u start bleeding heavy go to the e.r it could be a sign of a m.

I had been taking it easy not lifting anything too heavy. But today I lifted a bucket filled with dirt, and it was about 60 lbs maybe more and I had to lift it about 5 ft in the air and dump it in a tractor. Do you guys think the cramping could just be a pulled muscle? I'm not bleeding at all, yet anyway. It fees very much like menstrual cramps. I don't want to overlook something that might be bad.

I'm in the same boat. Had what I think was implantation bleeding on 11-18 it lasted for five days. Very light. Usually only blood when I wiped. I went to the ER the day it stopped thinking they would give me a blood test- they didn't. They gave me a hpt wish I knew would be negative. I had times where I would also throw up. Woke up ate then throw up for no reason. I took three HPT on my own but all were negative. I tought about giving up- I'm not pregnant.

Has anyone experienced menstrual like cramps early in pregnancy? I am almost 6 weeks and have off and on menstrual like cramps anywhere from my sides to my pelvic area. I had an ovarian cyst rupture recently so I was told the pain in my side came from the fluid left around my ovaries and that it would take care of itself. It has been 11 days since the cyst ruptured but I still occasionally have pain.

s because the uterus is stretching and as long as its not bad cramping like menstrual Pain. Its quiet. Normal for the first trimester of pregnancy. just lay down and don't lift anything heavy if theres bleeding go to the ER.

I had cramping with both of my pregnancys. If it gets to intense or bleeding is involed than I would give my dr a call. A heating pad (not too hot) and laying down really helped me :) good luck!

No I'm not bleeding...but just hoping cramping is more common throughout the community.

Just any bleeding that needs a pad to control the flow because you're still in the danger zone and craps that feel like menstrual cramps its OK as long as it doesn't turn into unbearable pain followed by bleeding but I hope that you have a full term healthy pregnancy

Ive had bleeding all way through and got told not to worry too much if I wasnt in any pain but always best to get checked out for your piece of mind :-)
