I had been taking it easy
not lifting anything too heavy.
But today I lifted a bucket filled with dirt, and it was about 60 lbs maybe more and I had to lift it about 5 ft in the air and dump it in a tractor. Do you guys think the cramping could just be a pulled muscle? I'm not bleeding at all, yet anyway. It fees very much like menstrual cramps. I don't want to overlook something that might be bad.
