I would recommend watching and doing one asana at a time so that you get the right muscles to work on. Don't forget to ask your doctor before starting and generally its a good idea to start and end the yoga with pranayam exercises like om-vilom, for warm up and cool down. Its not part of the video but you can find them too on you tube. all the best.
Avatar n tn I do basic yoga asana (asana means that it is less cardio more posture and stretching) since the beginning of my pregnancy. I will be 35 weeks on Tuesday and it relieve my minor pains (hips, pelvic, lower back, buttocks and thighs). It also help to have a good posture and strengthen your core muscles for birth and baby position. It is great to take that time for you to relax. Sincerely, yoga is a revelation for me.

As for what makes men happy, don't buy the stereotypes. Yes, we like the things that you mentioned. But, believe it or not, the relationships that we have with our friends, family, and especially the women in our lives are what makes us happy.
Avatar f tn So I got slippers today easy to slid on I have a floor length skirt a few pairs of yoga pants a pair of sweat pants three tank tops three men's xxl button ups a head ban hair ties and hair clips. Tomorrow we are gonna get travel bottles for shampoo and gentle body wash as well as facial wipes and feminine wipes. I have heavy pads and underwear two sizes larger. What else for mommy do I need.
Avatar f tn I want to do a little something a few days a week. Is anyone doing pregnancy exercises like special Yoga, Pilates, or just taking walks? I'm not trying to break a heavy sweat,just trying to keep good blood flow to help with muscle cramps. I have a video of 15 minute aerobics workouts (abs, ***, thighs, and arms). Would it be ok to choose one of these at a time to do few times a week?
