The protocol explained everything that has happened to me in my quest to live a thin, healthy life which includes not worrying about food day-in and day-out. I want to go
the eating right again, but not look like I did before (a skinny stick with an inner tube around the middle!). Back to only eating when I'm hungry (actual growls!), stopping when I'm full, no desire for junk food, no pop, etc. Back to eating right with exercise, but with all of my good, structual fat in place.
