Avatar n tn Like the previous poster said, if you shave, hairs growing back. Not washing enough, or too much and getting soap inside vagina can mess with PH balance and dry things out... Not letting genitils "breath" and air out. Could be getting a yeast infection? If youve had unprotected sex maybe an STI. If youve had protected sex recently and itch maybe a latex sensitivity from the condom... The list goes on unfortunately as to what can cause itchy private parts.
Avatar m tn Hello~I am requesting that this post be transferred to men's health, they will be able to help you better.
Avatar m tn Hi Motorspear: Although this is a great community and it deals with pain, I think your question might be better answered by the "Men's Health Forum". I'm sure that you're not the only one with this problem and other men that post in the Men's Health Forum might be better suited to answer this question. I hope that you find the answer your looking for. Others may post as the day goes on and you might get your anwer here...you never know.
Avatar f tn Hi all! I had posted something in Men's health related to this issue last week but now that it seems to becoming a little more clear that it's not a men's health thing and a general health thing I thought I'd post here. My general question is this: When I touch my chin to my chest I feel a very quick numbness in my lower right butt cheek near the Ischial tuberosity. It only lasts for a quick minute and then goes away.
Avatar f tn Hello~You will probably get more help in the men's health forum, I have put a request in for you for this post to be transferred there.
Avatar f tn No no no. ..it's not an std...I have the same problem. ..but only if I'm not having sex regularly ...it's like my body berry's use to his seman or something after a while. .. and it's really strange cuz it's worse with guys who are not white, I am, and even worse wroth black guys. ..I know I'm not the only one who experiences this. .I've talked to many women about it. But I'm only one who's noticed the race part.
419404 tn?1215140479 I have never heard of anybody else having this problem and I can never seem to find an answer for it. After my boyfriend and I have sex and if he comes in me, I go to the bathroom and I have this awful burning sensation. It will linger around for quite awhile too and it's very uncomfortable and painful. The only way to soothe it a little is to take a hot bath. It doesn't entirely make the pain go away but it helps a little.
Avatar n tn It sounds like your pH was thrown off and you have some sort of infection. If you had candida/yeast/thrush (all are names for a candidal infection, but thrush is of the mouth and throat) the discharge would be opaque white. You could use OTC creams or Diflucan Rx for that. Another possibility is bacterial vaginosis. But that's just one possibility.
Avatar f tn Men's semen has high ph levels, around 7.4. The vagina's ph is somewhere around 3.2-.4.4 This can make the vagina's ph levels rise. This can cause bacterial vaginosis. Antibiotics are the best method, it can take two to three rounds to clear up discharge. I liked the clindamycin. Ten days and it cleared my bv. Yet I noticed the odor was still there. I changed my diet, meaning lots of water, fruits and greens. Only use low ph soaps, detergent, pads and tampons.
Avatar n tn You should post this in the sexual health or men's health forum.
