You can add a sweetener to it or just add the
quinoa to salads, soups, regular rice, and yogurt, etc to have the benefit of
quinoa plus it will not be bland. Quinoa is a 'grain' consisting of 8 essential amino acids (protein) which is the same as milk, plus it is gluten free (wheat -free). It is a great protein source for people who do not eat meat and it can be eaten in different methods as I stated above.
