Although this is a great community and it deals with pain, I think your question might be better answered by the "Men's Health Forum". I'm sure that you're not the only one with this problem and other men that post in the Men's Health Forum might be better suited to answer this question.
I hope that you find the answer your looking for. Others may post as the day goes on and you might get your anwer here...you never know.
There's also a dermatology forum that may be of more help...I just don't think that a bunch of women would be able to answer your question.

I had posted something in Men's health related to this issue last week but now that it seems to becoming a little more clear that it's not a men's health thing and a general health thing I thought I'd post here.
My general question is this: When I touch my chin to my chest I feel a very quick numbness in my lower right butt cheek near the Ischial tuberosity. It only lasts for a quick minute and then goes away.

You should try using bikini zone medicated after shave creme/gel. It soothes and prevents the redness. U also may be dry and need to use some sensitive skin and unscented lotion (but not in vulva, just outer area). I use a men's Mach 3 razor and it works better than any female razor I've ever used.
