Avatar f tn After reading daily all the challenges everyone is going through, the common "I can't take it" statement, I came upon this article in the Men's Health magazine from the doc next door (Dr. Jeffrey T Junig) who advises in the doctor forum of addiction on medhelp. His story has truly inspired me and I hope that it will all of you as well. WARNING !! It can be quite disturbing to some, but it makes you think...if HE overcame all of that.....then surely we can as well.
405614 tn?1329144114 Thanks Kathy for the link.... I will admit I do get AARP's magazine and am a card carrying member :-) They have great health resources and you don't have to be 50+ to read them online.
Avatar f tn That is just a myth. Although woman's heart beats are faster than men's. At this age, all babies heart rates are fast. With my daughter her heart rate was always in the 160-170 and with this pregnancy (a boy) his heart rate has always been 160-170.
Avatar m tn I've been taking a GNC Mega Men's multivitamin for about a week and I've noticed a huge increase in my anxiety levels. My father took the same multivitamin for a few months and became mildly more anxious in that time period as well. I'm wondering if there's any correlation between taking a multivitamin and increases in anxiety... I've heard that, if anything, multivitamins are supposed to better your mood, but that's definitely not happening with me.
Avatar m tn Until you get a response from the expert, perhaps you could check out the Men's Health Forum. I've seen some posts (from other forums) re-routed there when talking about masturbation. I'm sure Dr Ted Grossbart will respond when he is able.
Avatar m tn Hello~I am requesting that this post be transferred to men's health, they will be able to help you better.
Avatar f tn Just curious why you need this. Pulse for 15 seconds x 4 works for me and unless you need to monitor your BP during exercise a regular manometer to check your resting BP is all you need. If you need a recommendation the cardio rehab unit should be able to give you one.
Avatar m tn Hi Motorspear: Although this is a great community and it deals with pain, I think your question might be better answered by the "Men's Health Forum". I'm sure that you're not the only one with this problem and other men that post in the Men's Health Forum might be better suited to answer this question. I hope that you find the answer your looking for. Others may post as the day goes on and you might get your anwer here...you never know.
Avatar m tn now i am in canada and i am waiting the health card to start moving. a physician in lebanon told me that the cavernosa tissue is damage and the cure is to do a plastic surgery and replace the cavernosa by plastic organ. so i was afraid and i didn't go for it.. the other physicians told me that nothing wrong, it is a matter of psychology. so they gave me these medication to surpass the psychological problem.. i am worried cause still i don't know what is the problem and also what to do.
Avatar f tn At babies r us when you register they give you a gift bag with water, a and d ointment, breast pads, a diaper with wipes, magazines, one magazine had breast milk storage bags in it, and a coupon book. I registered online and just went in and picked up the bag, but you can also go to the store and start your registry.
