I would suggest looking into dental school (such schools usually either charge 50% of what normal practices would or they may provide you with a sliding scale type of payment) around your area or possibly a free clinic. You would definitely want to ask your doctor that question. I saw an article in a medical magazine in a hospital waiting room that said that the sperm are a bigger factor in health of a baby than previously realized.
