268356 tn?1236006204 About breastfeeding, I find it ridiculous that women rather bottle feed than breast feed. Breast milk is the best thing you can give to your child, there are so many health issues that you can prevent on your child by breastfeeing. AND its cheap! I think that we should write a petition and pass it around for women to give to other women to get enough signatures so we can get better rights.
Avatar m tn Anyway, after reading all these posts, which you must admit aren't the most uplifting, I went out and got a magazine. Men's Health. Get it? I turned the page from thinking about illness and mental states and switched to health. Only cost me $3.95. My apologies. I think I am panicking about not being able to stop this health kick.
Avatar n tn I've been extremely disappointed with my experiences with medical professionals and have serious unresolved health problems, but I think you're overreacting a little. Maybe it would have been helpful for you to mention your diagnosis of seborrheic dermatitis in your post. You actually said that none of the shampoos, cleansers, or creams that you were given had helped, except for a steroid cream that you were advised against using long term.
Avatar n tn this may be as simple as having tight hip flexor muscles. I suggest you get men's health magazine w MAtt elinart on the cover and do the hipe flexor stetches--there's a whole page of them. they are great.
Avatar n tn First want to give a little back ground of me and situation. I work in a Mental Health field which deal with Inpatient Lock-up legal holds in CA we call "Patients' Right Advocate" for 4 coming 5 years. So i do see all kind types of psy. patients, you name i saw it". So i have pretty good experiences and knowledge about MH. A lot of time i do come across clients with BPD, and i do discuss and gain knowledge direct from psychiaritists (listen to different opinions), 80% of Psy.
Avatar n tn Apparently it can happen if semen backs up into the prostate due to interrupted ejaculation, reverse gravity position, etc, and then hardens (could be hours to days later). They suggested over-hydrating and then "rubbing it out", but I usually just take a couple of Advil and sleep on my stomach.
Avatar f tn To Haley and Lilly...... I find that IBS issues will cause a flare up of GERD/reflux.....that said we need to know what normal is, and not go by our own "normal" as it may not be what is needed.
Avatar f tn which includes custody and co-parenting issues. Check it out - it may be just what you are looking for. In the other post I supported all step parents that go the extra mile to even just accept children of a previous relationship, regardless of how much time they spend with them. I think a lot of the harsh posters automatically see a new wife as an intruder of a previous family life.
Avatar n tn It is good to read your posting again, as it seems our issues are very similar and hopefully we both will end up with good results. Keep posting, Thank you.
Avatar n tn OMG!! 46, will be 47 in June. Can't even tell you how everything seems to be failing, wrinkling, etc. & yes, it seems like it happened overnight. Perimenopausal as well. Had complete check up recently & no major health issues. However, my gyno has me hrt's(which I REALLY want to get off of). Added into the mix of all the skin issues mentioned, I am losing my hair like CRAZY. Anyone else having hair loss issues?
Avatar n tn I'm in a similar situation. I'm 30, my boyfriend is 28. I've had health problems. He says the health problems don't change his view of me. Maybe this is bunk. If marriage didn't exist, my relationship would be perfect. No two people more right for each other. Yadda yadda. I'm not going to get into the details. What makes me angry about this is how many of you women I see being exceptionally cool about the whole deal. You know what you want -- committment. You want long term stability.
Avatar n tn 1. The health (standard skin health). 2. The function (urinoir dispenser, reproductive, pleasure). 3. The maintenance (standard health management according to the area's condition). 4. The aplication (serving the only husband is the safest to avoid STD, HIV, AIDS, & damage due to extreme use). Every nature creation, including in genetic factors, must have special aim. Nothing is 100% similar.
Avatar n tn I am taking a probiotic and Colloidal Silver to see if it will help. Both of these items can be purchased through a health food store. I've been taking it now for about two weeks. My symptoms are slowly getting better but still feels uncomfortable. I'm wondering if my partner needs to be treated, could he be a carrier of this??
Avatar n tn You've simply gotten used to that very mild mood lift that the PHENYLEPHRINE HCL provides you. PHENYLEPHRINE HCL is one of those ersatz speed-like drugs these guys in the back of men's magazine like to sell in black capsules claiming they're legal "black beauties." You've got what amounts to becoming addicted to coffee for its caffeine.
Avatar n tn ever since then, I haven't had ANY issues...so yeah...but if it's coming from the inside, then I would suggest seeing a doc...might be an infection that can more than likely get cleared up with some medication. Good luck!
Avatar n tn If you're taking this pill just to loose weight, and not for a health reason, you should stop taking it, and see that if you keep eating healthy, and walking, you'll still loose! And BTW, taking this pill 10 mins before a meal to help with your appetite is crazy! All diet pills tell you to take it 30min.s before each meal.. b/c it takes 30 min.s to start working...10 min.s? that pill isn't doing anything for you when you're eating!
Avatar n tn in my rapid healing foods book it says you hould realese it once a month for healty contractions. it messes with your prostate gland. i stopped for 2 weeks for health ive been to the gym lift heavier weights when you stop this ******** when i masturbate then go gym you get a head ache it says in my book you get lower back pain feel tired and lazy and i cant lift heavy weights. you go weak and skiny if you masturbate always.
Avatar n tn *** I haven't read anyone discussing any balance issues. I personally have a lot of slight balance issues, feel as if I'm leaning a bit to the left when walking. And a real subtle bit of swaying when standing still, has anyone else had this symptom? Essentially I haven't slept a solid nights sleep in six weeks. I sleep with a pillow between legs trying to alleviate leg symptoms. Doctor took some blood tests, all came back "normal". Though I'm not really sure what he tested me for.
Avatar n tn Oops! I forgot to mention that I do have a friend that took Topamax for migraines. She said it helped her immensely, but she did lose weight with it. I don't think she had any of the bad side effects, but I am not for sure.
Avatar n tn I have had this for about 8 years on and off and it comes and goes. I have blatter issues and that makes it really bad because you have to make sure you keep the pee shut off while you are coughing. (sorry guys) I am glad to know I will probably not die from this now that I know about all of you and you are still living. I just HATE it.
Avatar n tn Luckily my girlfriend is a champ and isn't too conserned about me getting off, but she's more worried if there are any health issuse i need to be aware of... I don't really think I'm comfortable enough to say "I'm addicted to porn!" Oh well, I suppose I'll take everyone's addvice and just cut back on the porn and masturbation.
Avatar f tn It was gradual - just an occasional itch somewhat seasonal moving onto both arms, from shoulder to wrist, and all year round. I have had some issues with neck aches but nothing consistent. Also, have religiously tracked my diet eliminating gluten for example but to no avail. I see that someone posted using the flucinonide .5% - that worked for about 4 months and gradually stopped plus it thinned my skin tremendously.
Avatar n tn including most of the pant styles popular today (flat fronts) which would otherwise be ideal for my body. Monkeyflower is focusing on our mental health - why is it so hard to believe we might actually have an "abnormal" pubic bone? Although, and I dont understand this, my gyno says "all" women have that...which is total BS! Not to sound like a perv, but I've seen tons of naked women and I've NEVER seen anyone with this.
Avatar f tn I am so glad to hear other people are sturggling with the same issues. Sometimes I think it is just me. This issue is something that I think about everyday. I am married and my husband has never commented on it. I recently brought it up to him because I hate it so much. I did not want to mention it to him because maybe it is something he really didnt mind and by pointing it out he may notice it more. Needless to say he thinks I am crazy...It is very obvious.
Avatar n tn Brooklyn Girl - It is stressful, but remember that 85% of microcalcs are benign. Sorry to hear about the additional health problems so many of you have. You are all in my prayers.
280700 tn?1210287416 It didn't work last month so really hoping for the best this month.
Avatar n tn to see as many people on this board as there are with the same issues as myself really helps. you feel so alone untill you find someone with the problems. my husband and i started trying the night of our wedding, nov 05 and just last november went to the fertility center of las vegas and i found out that i have pcos. the dr said that he is surprised that that is the only thing wrong, i have absolutely no other abnormalities, and no sign of diabetes or heart disease.
