Avatar m tn In addition, as HGH Magazine explains, consuming fructose, including that from fruit juices, within this two-hour window will decimate your natural HGH production: "A high sugar meal after working out, or even a recovery drink (containing high sugar) after working out, will stop the benefits of exercise induced HGH. You can work out for hours, then eat a high sugar candy bar or have a high sugar energy drink, and this will shut down the synergistic benefits of HGH.
Avatar f tn After reading daily all the challenges everyone is going through, the common "I can't take it" statement, I came upon this article in the Men's Health magazine from the doc next door (Dr. Jeffrey T Junig) who advises in the doctor forum of addiction on medhelp. His story has truly inspired me and I hope that it will all of you as well. WARNING !! It can be quite disturbing to some, but it makes you think...if HE overcame all of that.....then surely we can as well.
Avatar n tn run at 6mph for 2 minutes then run at 3mph or rest for 2 minutes) will be more effective in losing weight than if I ran or walked at a steady pace.Is there any truth to this>?
Avatar m tn No doctor will give you HGH just to stay youthful unless they'll dealing on the black market. Taking HGH regularly is probably harmful, and I wouldn't do it. but it's your call. The natural products may or may not work, but they certainly won't jack it up as much as injecting the real stuff. I used to sell homeopathic HGH, don't know anyone who got a whole lot out of it.
Avatar f tn I had a hysterectomy at 27 due to endometriosis and have been on HRT since then to keep menopausal sx controlled. Would I benefit from taking an HGH releaser such as Genf20 Plus? I'm thinking it's my pituitary gland that is messed up. If I elected to take an HGH such as Genf20 Plus as per the directed dosage for a limited amount of time say 6 months, what would be the likelihood, on the average, that I would experience negative side effects?
1593507 tn?1297192018 I went to a sports doctor last year and went thru the blood work and health checkup. Everything was fine. She gave me two prescriptions. one was HCG and the other is HGH. i got them at different times. one was for weight loss and one was for muscle gain. my question is could i use both?. my thought was to use HCG in the morning for 40 days and use HGH half way thru the diet but in the evenings 12 hours apart. i will also stay on a very low diet and walk in the morning and evening 1.

Avatar n tn Know that creatine is naturally occuring in the body and is not harmful except for muscle cramping that can become severe. I would say your issues are from taking HGH (human growth hormone) and testosterone. HGH is banned from sport anyway so you should not be taking it legally. It has horrible side effects such as increase in size of the head, gynomastia or male delelopment of breats, and a ton of reproductive issues such as sterilization. It really is not worth it.
