Avatar f tn As per my recommendation, do dieting but take only healthy food which only increase your vitamin not increase your weight. With dieting, use gym equipment product for reducing your over weight like treadmills, kettlebells, cycling and also use yoga accessories.

I had posted something in Men's health related to this issue last week but now that it seems to becoming a little more clear that it's not a men's health thing and a general health thing I thought I'd post here. My general question is this: When I touch my chin to my chest I feel a very quick numbness in my lower right butt cheek near the Ischial tuberosity. It only lasts for a quick minute and then goes away.
