101028 tn?1419606604 Genital HPV is not necessarily a sign that you or your partner is having sex outside of your relationship. A new resource on your anus comes from Lifelube, a gay men's health website and blog. The resource is a new series called "Andrew's Anus", which is written from the perspective of Andrew's butt. The column covers anal health, HPV and other issues Andrew's anus encounters. I cannot help but think a ‘first booty' perspective is one worth exploring!
Avatar m tn Are there any Men's Health Issues? What exactly is your complaint?
1002520 tn?1251582386 In my observation, women can discuss sexuality and sexual health issues much more openly than men (That might be why we are called MEN… not women or gays. DUH!)" So does that mean guys avoid the subject altogether? Not exactly. "Certainly men think about it, but women verbalize it." (But… do women want their men to become women? I’m sure they don’t… feminine problems mandate their acceptance to indignities when it comes to their health… men don’t, and haven’t… DUH!
Avatar n tn Like I said I understands where you're coming from but you have to be realistic. Men's sex drive is completely different from women, completely. It's a biological difference and you can't blame him for his urges. If you are not willing to accommodate him, he is going to find it elsewhere, whether he leaves you for someone else, cheats, or develops a crazy porn addiction. I'm not trying to be mean, this is a martial thing that every couple will experience at sometime at some level.
Avatar n tn He posted everywhere. Several threads, both Men's and Women's forums. Just a troll, never to be seen or heard from again.
Avatar f tn Thuja Occidentalis Take it internally, a company named Boiron makes some little pellets and you can find the liquid extract online or at a really really thorough health food store (but most places stores don't carry it). I've found it dramatically dries up the acne/warts/whatevers. So much so that when I went on vacation and ran out for most of the week, I had a another significant breakout immediately whereas before that things were clearing up nicely.
Avatar n tn To some extent it has been suspected that excessive Prepuce tissue can also result in some hygiene-related issues as well for women, giving sanctuary to increased bacterial counts, and sometimes resulting in what are commonly termed “yeast” or vaginal infections from the close proximity to the vaginal canal.
Avatar n tn OMG!! 46, will be 47 in June. Can't even tell you how everything seems to be failing, wrinkling, etc. & yes, it seems like it happened overnight. Perimenopausal as well. Had complete check up recently & no major health issues. However, my gyno has me hrt's(which I REALLY want to get off of). Added into the mix of all the skin issues mentioned, I am losing my hair like CRAZY. Anyone else having hair loss issues?
Avatar n tn I am 26/female with no other health issues, but has been consumed by headaches/dizziness. Three years ago I was getting daily, one-sided headaches with no symptoms and after trying everything (massage therapy, chiropractor, physio therapy, allergy meds, anti-depressants, stronger painkillers) I was sent to a neurologist who ordered an MRI. Nothing came up so I was diagnosed with having muscular/stress related headaches. A year went by of suffering and than suddenly, they went away.
Avatar f tn I agree with you, though that exercise before surgery is a very good idea. I have a health club membership and can take Pilates classes and use the pool. Thanks again for being there.
Avatar m tn Some companies provide their own insurance, and some insurers are grasping they can save money with procedures done overseas. http://www.businessinsider.com/medical-tourism-as-an-alternative-to-obamacare-2013-10 "HSM, a manufacturer in North Carolina, is one of the many companies that encourage employees to undergo costly medical services across U.S. borders. The company reported that this medical alternative has saved it nearly $10 million in the last five years.
Avatar n tn Seeying them in person was another waste of time since they could only spent a certain amount of time per patient, so some issues were not discussed. I would have times with frustrations no knowing things regarding my own health. The mood swings from this were most definitely noticed by my wife and children. I'm glad that I was able to come to a point where I did not let these doctors get in the way of how my life was being effecive.
Avatar n tn Hello everyone, I have this same issue. I know this under "Mens Health issues" but I am a 35 yr old female and have been having extreme heat sensations in my left wrist for about six months. I can go a week at a time without this sensation, and then out of nowhere it just is there. I am a non smoker. I have been undergoing several MRI tests in the past six months.
Avatar f tn A friend of hers also had an implant which had adhered to the bone. This person also started having a myriad of health issues, and so had the implant removed and did start feeling better. This would contradict my periodontists' assertion that osseointigration of implant material is evidence of no problem for your body. I gave her my number and asked for her friend to call me. I am waiting to talk to her. Talk to you later.
Avatar n tn blood sugar issues, cravings, bone loss, thyroid issues, difficulty thinking and concentrating (all progesterone issues...most progesterone cell receptors are in the brain, thus the trouble with foggy thinking, but they are also in the throat...allergies...asthma *sp?* ...and in the lungs), clumsiness and chemical sensitivities (a testosterone issue) I would suggest you run to an expert but make sure it is someone who understands the Bioidentical hormones.
Avatar f tn The best we can hope for in a candidate, is one who supports true health care over insurance co. profits. So if the lobby system doesn't change...
Avatar n tn I'm in a similar situation. I'm 30, my boyfriend is 28. I've had health problems. He says the health problems don't change his view of me. Maybe this is bunk. If marriage didn't exist, my relationship would be perfect. No two people more right for each other. Yadda yadda. I'm not going to get into the details. What makes me angry about this is how many of you women I see being exceptionally cool about the whole deal. You know what you want -- committment. You want long term stability.
Avatar n tn Sometimes the mumps, chicken poxs, head tramua, etc can cause issues with the piturity that in turn cause hormonal issues and also the testicles. You need to get the following checked: Total Testosterone Bioavailable Testosterone Estradiol DHT LH FSH TSH SHBG Prolactin @MPV Doing good, thanks for asking. How about yourself? Inguinal Hernia can cause all manner of problems including disturbances to the testicular vein plexas due to additional pressure on the testicular veins.
Avatar n tn Im new to this blog...I am 24 and had half my thyroid removed when I was 17 due to a Nodule that was >1cm. The needle biopsey came back inconclusive but when they removed it the results came back negative for cancer. It's now 7 years later and I have a lump on the remaining half. I have been able to live with out medication so far and even with the lump my thyroid is fully funtioning. I still have the symptoms of the hypothyriodism though, fatigue, moodiness, ect...but was able to balance it.
Avatar n tn I am taking a probiotic and Colloidal Silver to see if it will help. Both of these items can be purchased through a health food store. I've been taking it now for about two weeks. My symptoms are slowly getting better but still feels uncomfortable. I'm wondering if my partner needs to be treated, could he be a carrier of this??
288415 tn?1231634102 Glad to know other people are having the same symptoms. I have fluid from left ear only and then it forms a crusty layer and itches. Went to the doctor and they said the same thing about the shower thing which was rediculous. I have went to an ear noise throat specialize and they only gave me ear drops. the first dr suggested it was wax. I said wax isnt wet. I can feel it draining when Im laying down. I have had this for about 3yrs now. drives me crazy.
Avatar n tn I'm in PT right now but find the day after, I'm in more pain due to aggrivating the issues with the exercises.... anyone know if the PT is supposed to make it worse before it gets better? I feel like I don't want to go through all the PT in order to hear time for cortizone shots in your spine.....been there done that with tendonitis in my elbow and ended up with surgery after a year of PT and shots!
Avatar n tn 1. The health (standard skin health). 2. The function (urinoir dispenser, reproductive, pleasure). 3. The maintenance (standard health management according to the area's condition). 4. The aplication (serving the only husband is the safest to avoid STD, HIV, AIDS, & damage due to extreme use). Every nature creation, including in genetic factors, must have special aim. Nothing is 100% similar.

Avatar f tn A good sulfate free shampoo is an excellent choice and if your hair dresser is serious about your hair they will discount or even try the trial sizes until you are happy with a product. If they are not interested in the health of your hair, you may want to ask others to recommend someone to you that does. The price you pay for experimenting with various remedies without success can cost more than an experienced hairstylist.
Avatar f tn It was gradual - just an occasional itch somewhat seasonal moving onto both arms, from shoulder to wrist, and all year round. I have had some issues with neck aches but nothing consistent. Also, have religiously tracked my diet eliminating gluten for example but to no avail. I see that someone posted using the flucinonide .5% - that worked for about 4 months and gradually stopped plus it thinned my skin tremendously.
Avatar n tn Brooklyn Girl - It is stressful, but remember that 85% of microcalcs are benign. Sorry to hear about the additional health problems so many of you have. You are all in my prayers.
Avatar n tn I've had them before but never experienced pain like this. I found this blog and felt relieved to know it wasn't just me; I also did some more research. The web is a great thing. My doc prescribed me some cortisone cream which I didn't even need after I douched. I felt 80% better immediately after I douched and cleaned up the area. I am not going to use the cream unless I absolutely need to.
