I seem to be having a similar problem. I really watch what I eat
and only eat
green salad at work. On Friday afternoons and Sat. I eat what I want but only then. If I eat something that I think will cause a problem, like soy, wheat, chocolate, garlic, onion, etc., I'll take a hydrochloric acid pill with the meal. Otherwise, I take an Udo's Probiotic's pill with each meal when possible.
I drink tons of water, even though I hate going to the bathroom constantly.
