Avatar n tn Hi im 14 and I have the same problem. I've been using this reaaly great app called Pump Up. I choose the workout for my stomach or middle area and it gives me a workout that's only like 15mins.

I'm sure that you're not the only one with this problem and other men that post in the Men's Health Forum might be better suited to answer this question. 5739386 tn?1378836460 It ***** so bad that I'm only 6 months and find no shirts that fits over my belly without showing the bottom of my belly this my second and I'm caring low again. I went to the mall and to kholes now off to Walmart. :/ anyone else going or went threw this?
Avatar n tn Anything that won't put pressure on your stomach. There are people who lift weights, run marathons, cross country, anything during pregnancy. Its what your body can handle. What a lot of women do is they wait until they get.pregnant to decide to get fit and healthy. But because they didn't workout before they got pregnant, they're limited on what they can do. If you're like that, walk on the treadmill. Cycle, do steps, squats are good. Weighted squats are great.

I had posted something in Men's health related to this issue last week but now that it seems to becoming a little more clear that it's not a men's health thing and a general health thing I thought I'd post here. My general question is this: When I touch my chin to my chest I feel a very quick numbness in my lower right butt cheek near the Ischial tuberosity. It only lasts for a quick minute and then goes away.
