5739386 tn?1378836460 It ***** so bad that I'm only 6 months and find no shirts that fits over my belly without showing the bottom of my belly this my second and I'm caring low again. I went to the mall and to kholes now off to Walmart. :/ anyone else going or went threw this?
Avatar f tn I got on a diet. I was all belly and lost all of it in a week, but I still have the little baby fat that i'm trynna get off of me, been in the gym too. A good diet to burn fat is called the keto diet. Very strict, and not easy but really works.

I'm sure that you're not the only one with this problem and other men that post in the Men's Health Forum might be better suited to answer this question.
