I laid off the wine havent touched it quite a while but now I cant seem to lose the belly. I excercise regularly and eat pretty good, I never had this problem before until the wine. I think my waist shrunk due to the excercising but how come the belly fat wont go away!!!?? Anyone have a clue as to what I need to do, or what i'm doing wrong?
Avatar n tn Why do I have a pregnant looking belly? I cant get rid of it. I am 29 yrs old. I dont have fat other than that I am very lean. I am not exaggerating either I look 3-4 months pregnant unless I dont eat. This is quit the problem also due to I have a shorter torso so my lower belly looks like it starts right under my ribs. Could I have some type of medical problem that wouldnt show up in regular checkups including womenly ones? This problem makes my lower back hurt as well.

1591337 tn?1297101349 I am tapering myself off the fast food. I begin my day with a banana and low fat yogurt. Then I eat something not so good for you for lunch. Then I eat healthy snacks like grapes, apples, blueberries,ect. Then I try to eat a pretty healthy supper. I feel like my bloodpressure spikes when it gets dark for some reason. What I'm asking is do you think I am hurting my body buy the way I took them to the extreme. I'm not very active yet but that's my next goal. Thanks for the input!
