Have fun with female friends and go out with groups(guys and girls). Be yourself, and don't be outwardly looking for attention too much. Please don't lower yourself to start dressing in tiny clothing. You might get attention that way, but trust me it's not the attention you want.

Well there's a problem with that. I don't care what men think about me, I have no interest in sex or anything of the sort. I hate being what I am, and I am not going to ever have a deep relationship with anyone other than family; in my opinion, it's needless and takes away my freedom. It's not fine to me. The glans constantly rubs on clothing and leads to the formation of rough skin. Other possibilities are there could be Fordyce’s spots or sebaceous prominences which could be causing the roughness. If it is causing a concern get it examined by a urologist. I do hope it helps.

I don't think so..depends on how far you go with it (I'm assuming your a male)..there are many men who are "cross dressers" and enjoy wearing women's clothing and I don't think there is anything mentally or physically wrong with that, or so I've read..it's not

however...
i have a new partner and im currently overseas she knows of my condition and we havent had sex yet, the only activity so far has genital grinding/dry humping fully clothed about 3 pieces of clothing included with the underwear both me and her there has been some moisture through the clothes and i may have ejaculated a lil bit should i cease this or am i already putting her at risk
