My animals are so funny now! My horse is mad at me my dog is obsessed with me. My goats follow me Around like I'm their mom. My donkey loves me to death! Any other mamas find that their animals act strange especially later in pregnancy?

Thanks ladies you have made me feel a lot better. I know the animals will be fine and accept the baby as their own I a sense just like they have accepted me and him too. Those babies mean the world to me and I am glad to hear I am not over reacting. I don't plan on keeping the baby away from the animals or them away way from the baby either. That is just not fair to anyone.

Am I not understanding something here as don’t majority of people have pets, does that mean nobody can trust their test results because they are exposed to animals? Really confused about this. Should I have told the lab I have animals and would they have chosen another type of test to give me? .

Wow!! I didn't know all that!! But thanks at least I'll know to keep our cat away from my baby when she comes!! She's actually a friendly cat doesn't really roam the house much and is claws free!

My problem is, Jake turns really wild whenever I try to make him take his medicines, what I do is I use a syringe (without the needle) and put it at the side of his mouth and slowly press it, it works when I’m making him take his vitamins but for the antibiotics (liquid)… he just would not take it, so what I did was I wore a thick glove to hold Jake in place and force him to take the antibiotics.

He suffered from bad bladder stones i.e crystals in the bladder it blocked so bad that he was crying out in pain and could not pass urine. what i dont understand is there was no sighs whats so ever that he was suffering in any way he was a happy cat who gave lots of love and i miss him loads. The vets said they could operate but there is a 95% chance it could come back the next day.

Anyone else feel so much closer to their animals now? My main concern is that i was exposed to rabies from possible contact with these baby mice that were all over the place. When i got to land, i flipped the boat, and noticed the mothers tail come through the bench. This is just a weird situation, but i am concerned of possible contracting rabies from this situation with wild mice in my boat? It has been four days since this has happened, and i notice the my hand and feet have had this weird numbness and tingling feeling?

Believe me, i want to get rid of the cats. But i don't even mess with them. They're my husband's cats. He takes care of them i do not. They just like to annoy me. It could be because you're pregnant animals can sense these things. And cats tend to pee on peoples things if they're threatened or jealous maybe they're upset about the baby. Are they fixed because that can stop it.

i was just wondering if anyone knows if it's true or has experiencing with their animals sensing when labor was close? I have a husky and she's usually a spoiled brat, she doesn't like to cuddle and she don't lay be me. She stays at the end of the bed or on the floor but yesterday and today she has been laying by me and curling up right against me. Just wondering if maybe she knows it's coming?

i wanted opinions about my dog. I don't know I animals can tell UR pregnant but my dog just follows me all ova my house. I'm mean more than usual since I've been pregnant. I'm 15w 3d i mean its to the point where I almost trip on her. If I kick her out my room n close the door she will just lay right outside my door TIL I open it. If she's in my room she lays right nxt to my bed to where I gotta step ova her to get up. Sometimes I don't even know she's there.

They know :) animals just know, but I haven't heard of them sensing labor.. My dog is the opposite, sadly. He kinda looks at me funny and won't come near me :( lol and sometimes he tries to lay with me by my tummy and scoots back to the point I have to move him because he squishes me haha. But then again, he knows when we're getting ready to leave somewhere and he'll go lay by himself all alone and basically pout because he doesn't want us to leave.
