I tried to walk for 1/2 hour daily and to avoid sugars but my problem is that i eat alot of bread and rice. Please advise me what foods to avoid and if there is an alternative to GLUCOPHAG.
The obvious response is if you're taking capsule medication, usually there's beads of medicine inside them, and that's what you're seeing, undigested medicine. Could also be little gallstones, which next time you go to the doc for a checkup, you could ask them to ultrasound your abdomen to make sure your gallbladder isn't getting too blocked up with those, and also check everything else in there.

So i got my girl packs of onesies of different sizes like 3-6mths,6-9mths and when i took one out from each pack,opened it up and put them on top of each other..theyre all of the same sizes!!i mean,literally like there is nothing different between them. Same big,same length. Are they suppose to be that way? I got mine from George's and Mothercare. Only one onesie i got from Carter's brand size for 3months and that was bigger than all those 3-9months in total!
