one one told me to try star jumps to bring on labour as I am in early labour and last week was 2 cm dilated... Has anyone tried this or knows if this works?
Any one tried pr heard of jumping jacks/ star jumps to induce labour? I'm all out of ideas I've got rasberry leaf tea had sex went for a walk eaten spocy foof and bounced on a fit ball only been doing these things for a couple of days but just wondering what you've tried or what has worked for you?
If you have an anxiety problem I think you should consider getting treatment for that to see if it helps. Treatment can be both chemical (medication) and consultation. It that helps and you can get off of Flecainide you'll be better off. Flecainide is powerful medicine. May people have troubling side effects, not sure if the ones you mention are on the list of possible side-effects, you may want to check.
Star jumps?
I've literally tried everything sex, orgasm, nipple stimulation, curry, walking, evening primrose oil and just tonight dancing and some star jumps. I've read so many things that people have tried and unfortunately for me nothing has worked yet.
