Not even a HB.. WTH! I'm 37 weeks I should at least feel something. ..

Do each one of the exercises consecutively for 15 to 20 reps with no rest in between. Then take a 60-second break and do them all again. Repeat the whole circuit four to six times. Perform cardiovascular training three times a week every other day. Some examples are running, biking, stair stepping, swimming and rowing.
Avatar n tn When I did crunches I always put my fingertips behind my ears without any pressure. Your abs should be the only thing working your body during an ab routine. So definitely try again but maybe try a more recent workout. There's a GREAT ab workout routine at s park p eople (no spaces) and the trainer will talk to you about how to do them without straining your neck. Good luck!
483733 tn?1326798446 A big balance ball, a medicine ball, resistance bands, and small hand weights are also in my arsenal. I also found a really big floor mat online. Most of the mats in stores are not very wide, and it's kinda discourging if you don't feel like you fit well on your mat! Also, the wide mat is a great surface to do my video workouts on, and gives my joints an extra layer of padding on top of my shoes and carpet. Hmmm, I feel pretty guilty that I skipped my AM workout now!

I really want my little one to be here and I cry every night because I try everything and nothing works. Avatar f tn Well the best advice that I could give you is that there is NOT a perfect program for what you are asking about the troubled areas like the abs. When you are dealing with you abs, cardio will help some but nutrition will be 80% of your battle. I wouldn't recommend using weight training in that area because you will be pushing out the fat in your stomach area by strengthing that area. If your body fat is at 1-10% then yes, use weight in that area.

Avatar f tn I suddenly, overnight started having full body twitching. I notice it more while resting. I suspect it goes on while sleeping because I am so very tired. I first noticed it in my fingers and then it rapidly moved over my entire body. I had a headache for three days but is is gone now. I take HRT for hormones and a baby aspirin nightly. I had an MRI and CAT which were fine. All my bloodwork is in the normal levels. Cholestrol is high though.

When I wake up in the morning my whole body is buzzing and burning, including my head, which feels like it's in another dimension. I test negative for EVERYTHING. I don't think this is peripheral neuropathy. It's much more serious than that. And I have these attacks sometimes that include tremors, electric shocks like lightning through my brain, severe cognitive difficulties, and too many other things to list.
