These new instructions seem to be specific to their over the counter products not prescription medications.

Hm.. you're at the maximum dosage for Tylenol everyday. Try using ibuprofen at 800mg 3 times day and see if that works better than the Tylenol. Generally ibuprofen is 200mg per tablet so you would be taking 4 at a time, 3 times a day. Use this for up to a week and let me know if it helps. Obviously you shouldn't be taking this high a dosage for a longer period of time.

Help. We are on vacation, literally, in the middle of no where...like hours out four wheel drive through snow we can get stuck in. No answer at our vets. Ibuprofen is a bloodthinner. They say you arent supposed to take it...only tylenol. Because when you are pregnant the volume of blood in your body increases by 50%. If you were to have an accident, go into preterm labor, etc...you could bleed out and hemmorage. Causing lots of problems!

What now? Do I continue with 1000iu of Vit. E ? Should I apply heat for 20 minutes 3-4 times a day? If so should I follow it up with an ice pack?

and your body systems have adjusted to that amount of prescribed meds and then you shock your system by taking 1200mg all at once in the morning and in the same 12 hour period you added another 400mg and then add another 600mg 12 hours later that is one heck of a jump from the prescribed dosage.
