I had my second cataract surgery at the end of Jan. 2011 and was given Soothe XP to use (I have very dry eyes). Looking at the bottle now--couldn't see to read it then--I see that it expires 3/10. I like this drop a LOT. Searching the web, I see that Soothe XP was recalled for all bottles dated 2/11 through 8/12. My questions: 1) Can I still use my bottle labelled 3/10? 2) if not, can you suggest an alternative for very dry eyes with lens replacements?

Lol! I just started tinkering with Win7 so can't really compare that! I am choosing XP because I am most familar with it. I have Vista on 2 machines, and am slowly getting better with getting around it, but I think from what I have seen that win7 will be better....still have to see what "bugs" come out!!!!

to taurus1203: keep using the artificial tears with the plug. Try using an oil based drop during the day, like Bausch & Lomb's Soothe XP (it will blur your vision for a little bit), and at night use an ointment. When you do get the Restasis use it with the artificial tears, until the medicine "kicks in". Or you might try Lacriserts, an eye insert that works like artificial tears. to des900: dry eyes can be severe and in some cases can lead to corneal damage.

What browser do you use - Firefox, Chrome, IE, etc? What OS are you running - Windows 7, XP, etc., or are you on a Mac?

it has been very frustrating. I continue to massage the eye and wipe it with a warm cloth but nothing seems to work..the eye just keeps running. the doc says it should clear up, but when? i just want my baby to be healthy. are there any full proof methods i can use?

ll admit, there are visual aspects of Vista I like better than XP, and in some ways they made some of the things a bit more clever than with XP. But it is a recent alpha/beta release, so it's got some issues. My BIGGEST problem is auto update. I've had nightmares come up from auto-update, so I shut it down. Those updates tend to be VERY glitchy (I'm gonig through one right now. Been three days trying to figure out which update I allowed caused the problem.

I try not to rely on it often, but Tylenol III does the trick for me. For some reason, it also helps with the dizziness and brain fog. Weird, because it's a narcotic and I thought it would CAUSE the brain fog and dizziness. My endo couldn't prescribe that class of drugs to me, so I took my antibody test results to my family practice doc and he was happy to prescribe them to me.

Lol things can be very scary your first time , I had the stomach muscles all the time like when I stood up . But this pregnancy I get Charlie horses almost every night !

Did u download Microsoft Security pack 3 2 weeks ago? i did and began to have problems of being able to view site but not post...had computer guy in 2 disable it..and problem somewhat fixed but he thinks my browser having trouble with medhelps form/security codes......i have Windows XP 2003...and this shouldn't be happening but Microsoft pulled security pack 3 off its reccomended update list...of course after a ton of ppl downloaded it!
