In the last 1 1/2 years I have seen 2
therapists. I found that they seem to be useful only
for about 5 sessions, anything more is a waste of time , not only confuses me but they put a lot of garbage in my mind that I feel awful. Some therapist are really awful people, so you do need to be careful and don't be brainwashed.
Around ten years back, I had a really bad phobia, daily, and it really stressed me out, I saw therapists after therapist, worked on the techniques, etc, etc.
