Im a
massage practitioner myself, so I would highly recommend it. ;-) But if it's not an option for you then I suggest doing slow, gentle stretches, bending down slowly and letting your arms dangle for a while, taking a relaxing warm bath, applying a heating pad to the area, lying down differently, going on all fours and just rocking back and forth, or tilting your back up and down (like a bridge..lol) hope that makes sense. Those exercises really help.
