There is also a magnesium oil (I found mine at a health food store) that you can
massage into your
legs (or back, wherever you need pain relief.) Eating some foods high in potassium will help as well. Foods like avocados, bananas, sweet potatoes and tomatoes. Make sure you are drinking LOTS of pure water. Getting some mild exercise like short walks helps too.
