This is my first child that my boyfriend and I are having. The issue we are having is parenting. I am hardcore nerd. I love star wars and Harry potter. I love watching the old Pokemon. Pirates of the Caribbean and the Hunger Games are an addiction, and chronicles of Narnia is an awesome series. I don't have an issue with my child watching these movies at a young age...at all. I woukd rather my child watch these than half the crap on TV these days...but my boyfriend doesn't agree.

I've been ridding a fitness kick the past few weeks and I've been doing pretty well. I started paying a lot more attention to my heart cause of it though (I get palpitations pretty frequently, just not enough for treatment), and I've noticed a third heart sound (ie s3).

LOL... Tyler is a total nerd, and so are all of his friends :) They all love to build things, some of the items I would never dream of (like the self drawing white board they built using old printer parts). We don't have cable because last year Ty built a media computer from scratch. So our TV is just a large computer screen and we watch all our media via the computer. I think that, currently, we have like 6 terabytes worth of movies and tv shows.

Hey all, If you haven't noticed I'm back from my vacation and busily doing my best to catch up on posts/replies as promised. My trip went well and I'm feeling refreshed. I'm going to do my best not to overdo it now that I'm back so I don't undo all the good I did getting away from things. :-p I got about half of my "backlog" of forum posts knocked out today and all of my PMs from my inbox.

I'm not real sure that's "antisocial". According to the VA, I'm "antisocial", but it doesn't mean I don't like people or people don't like me, it means that I don't fit in to "society" well, and folks who are "well adjusted" tend to shy away from me. Perhaps you're what's known here as a "nerd". Then "nerds" are young they do feel sort of outcasts, so tend to stick to their studies and such.

I was... well I guess before highschool like in middle school I went through the emo stage where I was always emotional about everything and listened to all the emo groups.. In highschool I wasn't really IN a certain group. I talked to pretty much everyone and hung out with everyone too..
