So this may seem like a silly question or not worth the time responding to but this is my first pregnancy, and with twins no less! And my best friend is coming in this weekend from California for a visit. She wants to take me to get a pedicure but I've heard that it's not safe for pregnant women to get them. From one friend she said that it may cause miscarriage... Just wondering if any other mommies got them while they were pregnant or has any other ideas as to why it's not safe..
