bag of green tea (you can substitute with twig tea if you are also trying to reduce caffeine intake), 1/4 cup of
concord grape juice, a cinnamon stick, and 2-3 torn basil leaves. Using the cinnamon stick to stir your drink will infuse the drink with a little of that cinnamon flavor. Of course, if it doesn't sound good to you, you can try something else. Good luck!
