8991918 tn?1401056415 I have a lump on the inside of my foot. I can only feel it when I walk. I can not feel it on the outside of my foot. It has been there for about 3 weeks now. It seems to have gotten bigger. And now it is hurting a little when I walk. It's located right in the middle of my foot on the bottom just below my toes. Does anyone know what this is ? It is really starting to concern me. I have no insurance at the moment so unless I think it is serious I am avoiding going to go get it checked out.
Avatar f tn A test you can do at home is lay in bed and have your hubby push the bottom of your foot toward your knee specifically the toe of the foot. Extend it back. (Hope this makes sense) If there is extreme pain with this...I would definitely get checked ASAP.
Avatar f tn Hello, I wrote in a question recently about a hard pea sized lump on top of my foot. I appreciate the answers I received and now I have another one. The lump is hard like bone and is not painful. It is located on the outside edge between my little toe and ankle. It may have been there awhile and I have just noticed it or it could be a new occurance. I went to my family physician today and he ordered an x-ray. The lump also does not move. The x-ray did not show anything.
280234 tn?1532986249 I have twisted the ankle a couple of times in a certain pair of flip flops I have. When I push in on the lump, it is kind of firm and feels "boney." I seen a dermatologist about it, but she said it felt "boney" and not of the skin. She felt it was a little small to be a ganglion cyst, but really didn't know what it was. She suggested seeing a PCP or orthopedic doctor. I really don't know what kind of doctor I should start with.
519156 tn?1265181787 ) Now my lymph nodes are swollen and its achey all the time. Also have a small lump on the bottom of my left foot. Is that from lymph nodes draining? I have had STD testing and my paps have came back normal. What type of infection could it be? I do notice some more discharge than normal..usually the 2 weeks before my period. No smell or wierd color....I am making a GYNO appt. I dont have a "regular" doc.
Avatar n tn Yesterday, the pain got worse when I was in the shower so I looked again, this time there were 3 separate, red patches on the right side of my toe by the nail, on the bottom of the toe, and on the left side. Two of them look like they almost have a center, and the areas are hard to the touch. I also noticed that there was a lump at the painful spot in my heel, about dime sized and located on the back outside bottom of my left heel.
280234 tn?1532986249 Hi, I'm a 29 year old female who found a small lump on the outside of my right foot about an inch under my ankle a few months ago. The lump is about 1 cm in size. The lump is kinda boney, and seems to transilluminate with a flashlight. Following your advice from a previous post, I recently seen a local orthopedic surgeon about it. In my medical records the doctor's diagnosis states: "No problems with the peroneal tendons seen.
Avatar f tn Hi PLEASE HELP I have had a lump on the ball of my foot. My doctor has no idea what it is. It's sore.
Avatar n tn The lumps get bigger when I put pressure on it, but at the same time when a put pressure in other area of my foot to walk new lump appear on that area. Some times both of my feet are full of this painful lumps and I need to walk on my knees. This can happen sporadic or frequently .
Avatar f tn The second came in a few hours later on the bottom of the heel of my left foot.
Avatar n tn I have quite a few of those as well. About 5 or 6 on each foot, and they're all in the same vicinity, on the callouses of the balls of my feet and big toe. They're extremely uncomfortable, not exactly painful, but they do hurt, especially when direct pressure is applied. Definitely not something I'd want to attack with clippers... It's not a wart or pimple. Doesn't match any pictures I've looked up for typical foot warts and the like.
Avatar n tn My 20 month old has "blisters" on the bottom of both of her feet and on her toes. I thought they were due to ill fitting shoes (could still possibly be) due to her baby toes are positioned weirdly and we have to be careful about the shoes she wears. Well, I decided to open one of the blisters, because I thought there was a splinter inside of it. To my surprise, there was no fluid that leaked, but rather "folded" skin inside of the "blister".
Avatar f tn Another way to describe it is that it feels like I have very severe bruising on the tops of my feet. (There is a very small bit of bruising on the lump on my right foot) but the pain and lump is on both feet. The weird thing is that noone can tell how excruciating the pain is as I can't really limp - bc it's both of my feet, it looks like I am walking normally... until I stumble or something. The pain is sooooo so bad. Im seriously about to break emotionally from this pain.

Avatar m tn Recently I found a hard lump, about the size a grain of rice, or maybe a bit larger at the bottom of my left testicle. Its hard to get a hold of and seams to move out of the way if I try to grab the sides of it. If I palpate the testicle it is surely there on my testicle and feels 'out of place' like it should not be there. Anyone else have this going on? Should I keep an eye on it and see if it goes away on its own?
Avatar f tn I'm 32 years old, always healthy and never have health problems. 4 days ago I woke up and my palms itched. They itched off and on (more on) throughout the day, and eventually my feet and knees started itching too. The next day my arms, elbows, legs, hairline around my neck, neck, ears, inside my ears, stomach and chest started to itch too. Today is the fourth day of the itching, but now I have a big lump on the bottom of my foot.
Avatar f tn If there is a lump on the bottom of your foot this could be a condition called plantar fibroma. This is very often related to trauma. Either way, you should be evaluated by a podiatrist for further examination and treatment. I hope this has been helpful for you. Bryant Tarr DPM www.westfordpodiatry.com www.sudburypodiatry.

437667 tn?1204498655 I have a lump a little smaller than a quarter on the back of my head. It's hurts a little to touch but not much. It's a little soft but mostly hard. I'm only 14 years old and I'm really afarid this could be cancer or a brain tumor. When I tell my mom about it she tells me to shut up. And also I can't go to the doctor about it. D: PLEASE HELP ME.
Avatar n tn Plantar fibromas are firm, nodular masses which occur as a single mass or in clusters on the arches of the foot. Wear shoes that fit properly and keep feet as dry as possible. Wearing wet shoes, boots and socks will increase your chance of developing blisters. So change socks regularly. And use foot powder to help keep your feet dry. If the blisters still persist then please get it evaluated from a dermatologist/podiatrist. I sincerely hope it helps.
Avatar n tn m 31 and have been having a hot sensation on the bottom/inside area right where the arch of my foot is on both feet (usually the right). These have happened about 30 times daily for the last three or four days. Not painful and not warm to touch. There are no other side effects when this happens. This is particularly noticeable because normally, my feet are quite cool. I take a few vitamin supplements...calcium, ferrous sulphate, prenatal vitamins.
Avatar m tn For the past three months I have been having this pain on the bottom of my foot right in the middle. I have seen my doctor and he doesn't seemed worried, but its a PAIN when I walk. What could this pain be and what could be causing it ?
Avatar m tn I found one picture that resembles it, it looks like a small pen dot of brownness on the bottom of my foot. The image sadly doesn't lead to any website.. and I can't find out if acral nevi is cancerous or not... should I go seek a dermatologist if it is infact acral nevi?
