the bump that hurts is not on the testicle, but seems attached by chords, veins. Now this lump behind the right testicle is also found behind the left, however the one behind the left does not hurt. The pain is on the right side. Again, dull pain in lump behind right testicle. the testicle itself does not hurt. any thoughts on what this could be. HHH could not think of something but i thought I'd ask a urologist for more advice.
I think the doctor may think i am a hyperchondriac as i had a ultrasound six months ago for a large lump behind my left testicle which turned out to be swollen spermadic cords and this is the reason why he is not concerned this time? - do you think this could be true?
He also said that the lump would be larger and would also continue to grow until very noticable? is this true that the lump itself would continue to grow?
I feel around the right and left testicle. I find a small lump behind both testicles. is the head of the epididymis supposed to be a firm lump? if so, that is what I found and the one on the right is tender and causes pain when I squeeze it. the ongoing dull pain comes from here. It comes and goes but sometimes I think it is always there and I just get used to it. I squeeze and rub the testicles. they are both the same size and neither testicle causes pain.
I had done four times color doppler study of scrotum for blood flow but it shows ther was no blood flow on my left testicle and a small lith present on left testicle.I had also feel that a peanut size lump present in left testicle whenever i touched that lump i feel pain.I also observed that my left testicle is hard as compared to other testis.Dr told me that my left testicle was dead and suggested me to remove the testicle.

I have started feeling a small lump under my left testicle which becomes very evident after I work out. There is no pain but I can clearly see that the left testicle is bigger than the right testicle. The lump subsides after an hour or so and I dont feel it that prominantly. Can you please advise what should I do?

Good morning i was diagnosed with a multilobular vascularity lesion back in feburary on my left testicle i havent seen a doctor yet until the end of march the lump went away but now i have marble sized ball of veins in my scrotum and it either stays below my left testicle or goe in between both my testicles when im laying can someeone please explain what this might be

Then a couple days ago I found a lump near my annus, then today I found a lump next to my left testicle. The lump near my annus reminds me of a 2nd degree sunburn - where there is water under the skin - it feels like that.
The lump next to my testicle doesn't feel attached and is the size of a pea. It only hurts when i push against it, and is kinda hard.
My follow up is this Thursday via a phone consultation due to covid19. I have now found a smaller seed like lump on my left testicle. I’m also feeling pain in left hip and groin and behind left knee. I will let you know how things go. I’ve seen a lot of posts on here stating symptoms but hardly any follow up so I will try my best. I’m 38 by the way.
however, i am concerned about a lump on the left testicle a hard lump in the middle and bottom of the testicle closer to the right side of the testicle. no one was able to detect it by examination and the ultrasound shows the varicocle and hydrocle only.
Questions:
is there a way to make sure that lump i can fell is 100% nothing to worry about?
Is the pain only caused varicocle?
should i do any more tests?
should i do the embolization?
In about 2002 i began having pains in my left testicle, and after noticing a lump i went for an ultrasound in November 2003. They diagnosed me as having a Small left sided varicocele. No other problems were found, and since then i have been concious of its presence.
About 6 months ago i had noticed that perhaps the varicocele had enlarged slightly, but thought nothing much of it.
s most distinguishable in the pelvis but the ache spreads to the testicle too. I took a shower and inspected the left testicle, and found a lump there, I'm pretty sure it's the same one as before, it seems more pronounced. There was pain while I manipulated it, but I'm not sure if that just came from moving my testicles around a lot. It wasn't so much pain like touching a bruise or a cut, it was more like the aching of the area.
I'm a 16 year old male who has had reappearing pain in behind only my left testicle. The pain will only show up every once in a while and isn't the actual testicle itself, but feels as if it is in behind the testicle, especially when touched. The pain isn't too bad, but it may show up once every week and sometimes more, going away after between 4 - 11 hours - some times it lasts whole days while other times it lasts only a small amount of time.
Hi. I have this massive lump above my left testicle. It seems like two peas. I would say it feels like a little squiggle. I got an ultra sound a long time ago and I think i might have been diagnosed with a cyst in my epididymis. But this lump doesn't feel connected to the left testicle.
A lump the size of a pea is above my right testicle.
