What could this lump be? just found today.
Avatar m tn You may notice what looks or feels like an extra lump or mass above the testicle on one side of your scrotum, or a general enlargement of your scrotum. Symptoms, when present, can include pain, swelling, or redness of the scrotum or a feeling of pressure at the base of the penis. A spermatocele is usually diagnosed by examining the scrotum.
Avatar m tn Hi, I'm new to the forum and wasn't really sure where to post this. First off, I have never seen a doctor about this but will be going soon. For years, not sure how many but MANY i've had a pain in my left testicle. It's also larger and feels abnormal like it's not "all together". I do have a hernia on that side. I have a large lump in my lower abdomen above. The pain doesn't happen till it gets bumped or touched.
Avatar n tn There is a hard, painful lump under the skin near where my scrotum meets my pelvic area. The skin above the lump is red. The testicle on that side is also larger than the my other testicle. What is this?
Avatar n tn This presents as painless or painful bulge or lump within the scrotum, infertility or enlarged scrotum. This should be properly evaluated by your doctor by ultrasound of the scrotum or biopsy. The presence of blood in your stool could be due hemorrhoids or GI bleeding. It would be best to see your doctor for clinical assessment. Take care and keep us posted.
Avatar m tn I have had a small lump in my scrotum near my left testicle for a few years now. It is kind of resting on the bottom of the scrotum, and is not physically attached to the testicle. It is painless and hard. I seem to also be developing what feels like a bag of worms or noodles above my left testicle, and I suspect this is varicocele. However I am still worried about the lump, and it feels like one may be developing on my right as well, not sure.
Avatar m tn the lump wasn't part of the testes at all it's not in my balls but located above it in the upper part of the sac where there were tubes.. what is this called then? and is there another type of cancer above the balls but still inside the sac? please help me.. i remember i was wearing tight briefs and i did not take a bath for about two days.. could this be some sort of infection?
Avatar m tn I have recently developed a small lump about 5mm in diameter on the bottom of my scrotum. I heard that testicular cancer should be on 1 of the testicles and if i have it i should be able to feel a lump on one of my testicles. Do you think that this lump is just some sort of anomaly and nothing to worry about or is there a chance that this is related to cancer?
Avatar m tn I had a penis lump and last night i requested to Dr to conduct the ultrasound to my lump. The radiologist technician or Dr made a ultrasound and inform me that nothing to worry and show the urologist regarding the report of my ultrasound that is not valid because ultrasound for penis is different from testes. I would like to ask if the Dr is rigth regarding the ultrasound in my penis? Technician used the Scrotal Ultrasound on me.
Avatar n tn is this true that the lump itself would continue to grow? my lump is hard to feel unless the scrotum is relaxed and i think this could also be the reason he wasn't concerned if he didn't feel it correctly. I am extremely worried about this but feel as though i can not return.
Avatar m tn I have an undescended testicle and for about half a year now I've noticed that I have a small lump in the scrotum on the left side. I think it's grown slightly since I first noticed it but I'm not sure. It's definitely smaller than a pea. Would you think this would be a cyst or cancer? It doesn't hurt at all and other than it being there I don't think I have any symptoms of Testicular Cancer. If I get this checked out what would be the diagnosis process?
Avatar f tn And it's not really a lump. More like a bag of worms...
Avatar f tn s a painless long and round shaped lump in the base of the shaft of my penis, just above where the scrotum starts. I am sexually active, 3 or 4 times a week on average. It is not painful of itchy or red at all. Is in a fixed position and seemed to be an overnight thing. It's clearly visible in elevation when flaccid and erect. It has no noticeable outer appearance other than the elevation of the skin. I have had no pain when urinating or ejaculating.

Avatar m tn About 8 months ago I found a bump on my penis shaft. It is just above my scrotum, and sits in the fold between my penis shaft, and my scrotum. I think there was a little itchyness involved and that's how I found it. It is small and raised. Instead of going to a doctor, I decided to pick at it. I picked it off, and it bled alot, but was gone. I noticed about a week later that it had grown back. So I picked it off, and it grew back again.
Avatar m tn The only way I discovered it was that it woke me up from a sound sleep with severe pain. I started to feel just above my groin area where the pain was and felt the lump. A few days later after being on antibiotics prescribed by my PCP there has been no resolve to it, I was feeling around and to my surprise I could pull my Right testicle and the lump followed and came into my scrotum and it was attached to the Vas Deferens! What is this and should I be concerned?
Avatar m tn Hi all, I am a 31 yo male and I have recently been having a dull aching sensation in my testicles, into my groin and up towards the sides of my lower abdomen. There is no swelling in my scrotum and my testicles are showing no signs of swelling or lump. ie they feel smooth when I've checked them. I dont have any pain when I urinate. Does anyone know what it might be, is it a sign of testicular cancer? Please help!!!
Avatar n tn I was still suffering from pain in my scrotum and pelvic area, and pain in the glans, as well as a lump on the tubing at the top of my scrotum, left side. The doctor told me it was epididymitis, and prescribed an anti-inflammatory, but no more antibitocs.

Avatar f tn I am currently experiencing pain in my scrotum on the left side. There is a small bulge that is tender to touch. It becomes more noticeable and more tender when erect. Pain radiates up into my groin area. Was very painful at the beginning of the week and has gotten better, but still some pain there. Any idea what this could be?
Avatar f tn Testicular cancer presents itself as a lump directly connected to the testicles. Other symptoms are listed below. You can try posting your question in the Urology Forum. These are the symptoms of testicular cancer.
Avatar n tn I found a lump about and inch long and half inch wide between my scrotum and anus - closer to the scrotum. This lump will come and go, usually every few weeks I will get it and it lasts about 2 - 3 weeks. The thing that causes me the most concern is when I do get the lump it is very sore in the begining but as time goes on the soreness subsides completely and that's when it will start to bleed. The bleeding will stay for about a day or two, then afterwards the lump goes away for a while.
