Avatar f tn I agree that you should eat as few processed foods as possible. I don't agree that you need to invest in a guided fitness plan. Look up some yoga videos or pilates, etc... even "walk" videos, where you walk to a DVD... love doing those, when I can't get outside.
Avatar f tn As far as the physical exercises are concerned best results can be obtained with rotating between various activities like gymming, running/ jogging, yoga, pilates, aerobics, biking, swimming etc. The weight loss would need to be gradual 0.5-2 pound/ week is decent. When I was Pregnant last year I told was to immediately stop tough and challenging Cardio and any ab routine as your stomach is very sensitive right now. So I basically stuck to Yoga, Pilates and light weight lifting. I was 13 weeks and hadn't gained a single pound. I think the exercise helped and just try and remember to eat healthy...
Avatar n tn I don't understand how you can gain fat, while losing weight. Have you lost a lot of weight, which could contribute to lose skin that "appears" flabby? It's possible that you need to be doing more toning exercises, rather than the high intensity exercises. I love yoga and walking. They are both great for weight loss and toning.

I was about to have boy/girl twins through IVF and love being a mom. Now that my twins are almost 3, I'm trying to get a handle on my PCOS. Losing weight seems impossible. The excessive hair is overwhelming. Mood swings, horrible cycles every month. Its just all too much. Does anyone share my feelings and concerns?

It's a great way to have fun and workout all at the same time. And as always, make sure you eat well balanced meals!

I have got to get this weight off me once and for all!! Baby not due til Sept but I know this is something I have to do.. I can't stand myself like this..
