I live in the Appalachian mountains, so riding
here is pretty brutal, and I make a
point of riding
high gear and taking challenging routes. I've been doing this regularly for about a month now.
I'm 22, 5"3, and I weigh 145. I don't look terrible, but I have a belly and some hip fat that I would like to see gone. I have serious musculature underneath it from the bicycle, but I'm just wondering if I can expect the flab to disappear.
