I know it'll take a while, and I'm gonna start a workout routine when I get my ab rocker, BUT I don't know what's ok. I don't want anything I do to affect being able to BF. While you are getting healthy, it is important to exercise as well. Always check the ingredients, calories, fat, carbohydrates, and vitamins of the food you buy. Do not get frustrated if you do not see results immediately. The goal is to lose weight gradually.

Avatar f tn My 1st appointment which was sep 5 the yweighed me i only weighed 110 my normal weight , my other appointments i was 110 & then my most recent one which was sep 30 i was 114 , i only gained 4 pounds , & my doc didnt have anything bad to say. While im here worried im not eating enough & not gaining enough ... But If they feel like yur gaing to much or not enough yur doc will tell yu.

I went from massive fruit cravings, to eating pancakes now and then, to eating portions about half a sandwhich, and now, I can barely eat a piece of toast. I was drinking ensure to make up for what I havn't been eating, but now I can't stomach even that. I feel so hungry and everytime I try to eat, my stomach screams in pain at me and I usually end up throwing it up.
Avatar n tn safe weight loss is 1- 2 lbs/week or 4-8 lbs/month. Losing too much weight, too quickly is not healthy and often ends with gaining it back... You don't mention how many calories you're eating/day. If you don't eat enough calories/day, your metabolism will actually slow down in order to conserve existing fat stores.
Avatar f tn The safest way to lose weight while breastfeeding or any other time is by eating a healthy diet and getting a moderate amount of exercise. Sounds like a lemonade, maple syrup and cayenne pepper diet might be some kind of fad, that isn't good for you any time, let alone while breastfeeding - I suspect that cayenne pepper might come through the breast milk and affect the baby...

Avatar f tn Yes it's normal to lose weight while pregnant. I lost weight the first trimester and my doctor didn't worry as long as baby is growing. Just eat healthy and stay active! !
Avatar f tn It's also possible that 166 was not an accurate weight or was due to water weight. Not that gaining 6 lbs in a week is impossible, but it's unlikely. That would require an extra 3000 calories per day. Extra. I doubt you're eating 4500-5000 calories per day. :) More likely, you were closer to 161-162 last week aside from water weight, so the 163 this week is right on target.

Use your Food Journal to log everything you eat, don't lie you will hurt yourself only. Remember you are too young to have this weight and yes it will come off but it's going to take work..... 1882636 tn?1320727514 You need to try to eat a little bite through out the day rather it be half a sandwhich or what not once you make yourself eat through out the day after a while your body will be use to getting food and will make you want to start eating I had to make myself start eating once every 4 to 5 hrs rather it be just a small handfull of peanuts or a half a sandwhich and for me it was to help me start losing weight and it worked but i still got my body use to eatinng more so i finall eat brakfast lunch a

Avatar f tn because of this i have stopped going out...but now this is a constant problem and has increased as i feel sick while eating at home also and particularly while eating chapati, fried stuff.. i am completely fine with rice, fruits and fluids.. I have also consulted a physician and i am on medication "EXILOR"...believe me this has really helped me a lot but don't know why i am again experiencing sickness while eating for the past few months....
