Avatar f tn Idk your not supposed to lose weight in pregnancy. I mean sOme ppl get really sick and help it but you really shouldn't lose just to lose. You should talk to your doctor about it.
Avatar f tn I am 20 and 5 weeks pregnant with my first baby. I was trying to lose weight before I found out I was pregnant and my weight just wouldn't move off 11st 6lb, I have weighed myself a few times and have been recording it on here and I now weigh 11st 1lb I only found out I was pregnant a week ago today. Is this normal?
Avatar f tn u really shouldn't try to lose weight while pregnant. but if u get bad morning sickness u may not have a choice. try to keep ur weight the same or if it bugs u talk to ur doc. good luck dear!
Avatar f tn So I would suggest you look for a Specialist and have them give you a vaginal ultrasound and get a laproscopy done to rule out the cyst ( which I had done as well that I forgot to mention) Also the weight has a lot to do with the irregularity. Try to diet to lose weight or seriously look in to the lapband surgery. It works so well and your in and out in one day. Of cousre you have to go through alot of testing and classes which take about six months.
Avatar f tn Okay, so no matter what junk I've eaten I've stayed a firm 132.4. I find out I'm pregnant and then it drops to 132, and now I'm 131! Is it because I'm eating better or is it normal to lose before you gain?
Avatar f tn I was average weight, not overweight or underweight, but i haven't had morning sickness at all really :/
Avatar f tn Is it normal that I've lost like 10 to 12 pounds since my pregnancy I'm 15 weeks pregnant. I mean don't get me wrong I like the idea of losing weight instead of gaining it. But still concerned about my baby.
Avatar f tn I am 6 weeks pregnant and since being pregnant I have lost 2 pounds bexouae of morning sickess. Is this okay? I never lost weight with my other pregnancies.
Avatar f tn Same happened to me!! I lost 10 pounds In less than a month but i had problem getting food into my system because of all the queasiness but weight loss during the first trimester is normal as long as you make sure to drink your prenatal vitamins, that will help you a lot with all the nutrients you and your baby need during weight loss.
Avatar f tn m 20+4 and weigh 144 i actually got down to 141 a few weeks ago i hate this bcuz i did everything to lose weight before i got pregnant and could only get down yo 158 and now that i actually want to gain the weight I'm losing it!
Avatar f tn I was 215 when i found out i was pregnant andi lost over 20 lbs within my first 5 months ... At 36 weeks i still haven't got back up to 200 (not that i wanted to) but i think it depends on your starting weight ... Just as long as you continue to eat right the weight loss shouldn't b a big deal ...
Avatar n tn Hi hon. I think that is fantastic you are working on losing weight. It's so hard. Supposedly weight can affect getting pregnant--- but probably not much with being underweight more of an issue than overweight. I gained weight on purpose when my husband and I tried to conceive. Not because I probably needed to but I was a tad underweight (where, THAT was a long time ago . . you should see me now, ha ha) and I was willing to do ANYTHING to get pregnant.
Avatar f tn s common for woman who are overweight to lose weight while pregnant..
Avatar n tn Yes, in your case. Since you are losing weight it sounds possible that you may have begun ovulating again and got pregnant before you could have the evidence of a period. When you begin to menstruate again after losing weight, ovulation comes first and then the period. It would show up a the pregnancy test by now if you are having symptoms.
Avatar n tn I started trying to lose weight then SURPRISE. so i looked up how to safely lose weight and it said to know how much you need to gain... My question is how can you tell how much weight you are gaining if you are loosing weight?
12554513 tn?1425941896 I also have pcos and having trouble getting pregnant too.
Avatar f tn You might want to post this in the forum for new mommies since this forum is for women that are still pregnant. Good luck!
1308690 tn?1273696411 re probably trying to lose weight anyway, and I would encourage you to continue to do so. Being in the normal weight range will probably make it easier during the pregnancy as well. And of course, losing weight should make you healthier, as long as you're not doing some of those crazy diets.
5891248 tn?1406410864 Lesson learned :-) My eating habits are good I dont eat junk I need a new body because Im swelling up
Avatar f tn ve been steadily losing weight over the past few days even though I eat at least 3 meals a day (3 normal portioned meals, or 5 small meals). When I first weighed myself when I found out I was pregnant, I was about 145. Then when I went to the doctor 2 weeks ago I was 140, now I'm 137. Anyone else going through weird things like this? Oh and keep in mind I'm constipated, so I feel like I should weigh more?
Avatar f tn I'm 15-1 and still haven't gained any weight. Every time i go to the doctor I'm losing weight now i weigh 166 and been losing weight before i got pregnant. My doctor say it's ok as long as the baby growing. I guess i just want that pregnant look i think it's so cute. Is it normal not to gain.
Avatar f tn If you have extra weight on before your pregnant you usually lose weight at the start or stay the same weight which is what happened me, I was losing weight as he.
Avatar f tn What to expect when you're expecting says losing weight in the 1st trimester is normal bc of morning sickness. You will just have to make up for it when you aren't sick anymore. If you can't keep anything down, you may need to see your dr incase you become dehydrated.
Avatar f tn Losing some weight at beginning of pregnancy Is normal or so some people tell me. Making a baby is hard work on your body!
