I've personally lost 45 pounds over 6-7 months with simple changes to my diet, and with sensible exercise. It can be done without pills, and without severely depriving yourself. I've been able to cut my BP meds in half after losing weight.

Avatar m tn When I was going to college, I took a workout class that was actually ROTCs pt class. The group encouragement was amazing!! Try looking into group classes offered by your gym or get a friend with similar goals. The buddy system is such a motivatior. Good luck!

Thats a good idea to allow yourself some sugary snacks twice a week. How about cheese? I hear that cheese is good protein.
