Did you know it takes about a year for your body to adjust to losing 10 pounds? It's important to remember weight loss is a marathon and not a sprint. Besides my overall health, this is why it is so important that I lose weight. I have lost weight in the past, but always seem to gain it back. But I have been trying but have had problems losing the weight,I had gained about 28 lbs, my height is 5in. I recently got really determined and lost 10 lbs and needing to lose another 20 lbs! I workout 3-5 times a week,usually dvds ,Rocking Body by Shaun T,turbo jam or biggest losers walk .if the weather permits I also walk outside. My body frame is pear shaped,my weight goes directly to my hips and rump !

Gained 5 kilos ;( I need to lose 3 in 3 weeks to get started and then get on a maintenance phase and not regain those 3 kilos before losing the remaining 2s in September ... Long road ahead ... 20801560 tn?1512718136 I had an operation a few months back and since then I've been losing a lot of weight. I've calculated by BMI and apparently, I'm underweight, almost severely. I know people will say "just eat more" but it really isn't that simple. It's problematic for my stomach to adjust to larger portions. My antibiotics are also causing extreme fatigue; I can't exercise regularly like I used to (exercise really helped) and I sometimes skip meals.
