
10 and weigh 22 stones and 7 lbs
for the past 3 weeks i have been exercising every day, and have been on a liquid diet, where i am having 1 slimfast milkshake as my daily meal, in the first 2 weeks i noticed that i had lost just over a stone as i was originally 23 1/2, but in the third week i have noticed that i am not
losing as much
weight, i am currently doing 45 mins cardio on my treadmill, followed by 15 mins on my punch bag, and then i would do weight training for 15 mins.
