Avatar n tn t really need to gain if you were over weight when the pregnancy started. Eat healthy meals, normal portions, exercise moderately. You may lose weight naturally as baby takes up some of the excess calories you were consuming. I'd consider yourself weight neutral right now and just eat healthy with proper portion control and not worry about the end result of your weight.
1961938 tn?1398718101 I am in a weight loss group from before I was pregnant. I'm only still in it because its paid up for another year and I am the assistant weight recorder in it. Of course I have a doctors note saying I'm pregnant and can't be losing lots of weight so my weight doesn't help or hurt the group. Anyways, my sister is in the group as well, as the official weight recorder. She is on my case about my weight constantly!
Avatar f tn I started out at 220 and lost 20 lbs. My mum is also bigger and lost a lot of weight while pregnant. Happened naturally, too. Did t try to lose weight. It just happened! Don't stress, just drink plenty of fluids and eat healthy :) Maybe you'll end up losing naturally and as well!
Avatar f tn How can I lose weight overall, but mostly in my thighs. My hips are naturally wide, it runs in my family, but within the past two years I've gotten unfit. My hips are wider and my thighs are bigger. I don't have much of a problem with my stomach. My goal is to make my thighs smaller and lose the cellulite. I'd like to lose about 20 lbs. and tone up my thighs especially. Any suggestions on how to do this? All help thanked!

1066531 tn?1254969334 I’ve been working out for many years now, and i want to know how I can tone my body better without losing a large portion of weight, mostly my chest and midsection? I’m 6ft 198lbs I would like to be around 195 but in much better “shape”. My diet ***** and i’m trying to work on it, but I work out at the gym 2-3 times a week lifting weights and running. I dont run a whole bunch though, would that help my problem or will that just make me lose wieght?
Avatar n tn as I lost weight (finally) they lowered my dose. That is strange.... if you want to keep losing weight a 9.3 is something to be concerned about. Good luck!

Avatar f tn Water weight? Bloating?... My entire life my weight has significantly fluctuated DAILY! I mean literally, one day I can fit into a pair of pants, the next I can't, the next I can. It is visible, probably more to myself than anyone else, but it also is even worse weekly. Fluctuating 5-10lbs back and forth weekly. What helps?

Avatar f tn Hi hun?
Avatar f tn Losing weight is ok as long as u eat and keep fluids down.I'm 23 weeks and only this week Iv gained weight.was same weight up till then.
Avatar f tn What to expect when you're expecting says losing weight in the 1st trimester is normal bc of morning sickness. You will just have to make up for it when you aren't sick anymore. If you can't keep anything down, you may need to see your dr incase you become dehydrated.
Avatar f tn It depends on what your starting weight is and the way you are losing it. If you have a higher starting weight and you are losing weight because you are eating healthier and exercising than your okay. If your doctor says its okay, you should be fine. Plus you have more than half your pregnancy ahead of you to gain some of that weight back. Don't stress, i am sure you'll be fine.
